Selected creators will receive the following benefits:

• Event Participation: Access to the MEDICAL ASIA / ASSEMBLY 2026 awards ceremony and healthcare conference.

• Korean Traditional Course Meal: One complimentary meal worth KRW 80,000.

• Hospital-Grade Skincare Products: Complimentary ampoule and sunscreen worth KRW 100,000 in total.

• Evening Dinner (Selected Participants Only): An additional dinner experience for 5 randomly selected creators.

Location: Korea Press Center, 20F International Conference Hall, Seoul.

Total Benefits: KRW 280,000 per creator, including KRW 180,000 in provided benefits and 100,000 Soo House Points.

All products and services will be provided on-site by the event organizer. The evening dinner is an additional benefit for selected participants and is not included in the total benefits calculation.

Rewards will be paid on the last day of the same month if the final upload is completed before the 15th. If completed after the 15th, payment will be made on the 5th of the following month.

3. Brand & Campaign Introduction

Brand Introduction

MEDICAL ASIA / ASSEMBLY 2026 is a global medical services awards ceremony and conference highlighting the expertise of Korean medical institutions and innovative healthcare companies.

Campaign Introduction

Selected creators will attend the event, capture the award presentations of two assigned hospitals and event highlights, and produce Reel and Story content with voiceover.

4. Eligibility Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Foreign residents in Korea with a public Instagram account and one additional short-form video platform, regardless of follower count.

• Creators who can produce one event highlight video with voiceover and one Instagram Story, and upload the same Reel video to one additional platform.

• Creators who can attend the entire event on November 19, 2026 (Thursday), from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and follow the content guidelines and instructions provided by the operations team.

• Can introduce Korean medical and healthcare events to audiences from diverse countries and cultural backgrounds.

• Are interested in beauty, health, wellness, K-beauty, or Korean medical and healthcare content.

• Can naturally and engagingly capture the atmosphere of award ceremonies and conferences through video content.

Total Benefits

Creators will receive benefits worth a total of KRW 280,000, including a Korean traditional course meal worth KRW 80,000, hospital-grade cosmetics worth KRW 100,000, and 100,000 Soo House Points.

How Products and Services Are Provided

Selected creators will attend the event at the International Conference Hall on the 20th floor of the Korea Press Center in Seoul.

Participants will experience the event program and receive a Korean traditional course meal and hospital-grade cosmetics on-site. Five participants will be randomly selected to attend an evening dinner.

Creator Reward

Creators who successfully complete all campaign missions will receive 100,000 Soo House Points, which can be withdrawn as cash.

Payment Conditions

Rewards will be provided only upon completion of all campaign requirements in accordance with the content guidelines, operations team instructions, and prior notices.

Service Fees & Taxes

Soo House Points can be withdrawn as cash. Service fees and applicable taxes may apply upon withdrawal.

6. Important Notices

Content Review & Upload

• If submitted content does not meet the content guidelines, revisions or resubmission may be requested.

• Final content approval will be based on compliance with the content guidelines.

• Content must only be uploaded after receiving final approval from both the brand and the Soo House operations team.

• The operations team is not responsible for any account- or post-related disadvantages resulting from uploading content without prior approval.

Mission Completion & Content Retention

• Rewards will only be provided after completing all required UGC missions and submission procedures.

• Creators must follow the content guidelines and previously communicated submission deadlines.

• All advertising disclosures, required account tags, designated channel uploads, and campaign-specific additional missions must be completed.

• Uploaded content must remain publicly accessible throughout the required retention period.

• All engagement metrics that can be made public on the platform, including views, likes, and comments, must remain publicly visible for content performance tracking.

Incomplete Missions & Participation Restrictions

Unauthorized delays, loss of contact, no-shows, or failure to complete campaign missions may result in reward restrictions and limitations on future campaign participation.

Reward Service Fee

A 7% Soo House service fee will be deducted from the actual reward payment.
