It is designed to help international students and job seekers in Korea take a more practical step toward employment through expert talks, live Q&A, small-group resume consulting, and on-site booth activities.

Part 1. Career Seminar & Q&A

The first half of the program features expert-led sessions designed to help participants better understand the Korean job market and prepare more strategically for employment.

Soo House Session

This session focuses on what comes after getting hired. Based on practical insights into Korean workplace culture, the speaker will share how international professionals can adapt more smoothly, communicate effectively, build trust within teams, and become recognized contributors in Korean companies.

Session Title
Practical Hiring Trends and Proven Tips from an HR Insider

Session Overview
In this session, Claire will share practical hiring trends, what recruiters actually look for in candidates, and effective strategies for improving your chances of getting hired in Korea. Participants will gain useful insider tips on how to prepare more strategically and stand out in today’s job market.

Participants will also have the opportunity to ask questions directly and receive practical answers from the speakers.

Part 2. Resume Consulting Session & On-Site Booth Events

In the second half of the program, separately selected participants will join a 1:5 small-group resume consulting session.
At the same time, all participants will be able to explore a variety of activities at the KoMate and Soo House booths.
