We are looking for candidates who can communicate in one of the following languages: Available Language Positions •Mongolian •French •English •Russian •Taiwanese Position: Overseas Marketing & Customer Support Specialist Employment Type: Full-time / Permanent position Location: Seocho-gu, Seoul, South Korea Main Responsibilities: The selected candidates will support overseas customers in their assigned language market. Main duties include customer consultation, reservation support, interpretation and communication assistance, as well as managing customer inquiries. The role also includes planning and creating marketing content for overseas customers, managing SNS channels and website content, and supporting B2B/B2C event planning and operations. Requirements Applicants should be able to communicate in Korean and at least one of the target languages listed above: Mongolian, French, English, Taiwanese or Russian. Candidates with experience in overseas customer service, SNS marketing, content creation, tourism, hotels, medical coordination, global customer centers, or related fields are preferred, but entry-level applicants are also welcome.
